30-Day Challenge
Beginning January 10th
Get the 8-Week Challenge off to an amazing start, or go through “New You: Stepping out in Faith” or any other SoulStrength Fit program a 2nd time with heavier weights! Commit to 30 days of workouts and Bible study with SoulStrength and be entered to win a Dot Fit Immunity Bundle + an Amazon gift card!

Find accountability & community

Share at least one of your goals with the Facebook group or with me personally via email or in a zoom meeting.

Spend time in your Bible daily (even 5-10 minutes count!).

Get daily exercise (with one day of rest). You must log a minimum of 3 SoulStrength workout videos per week, and 3 days of walking, jogging, or other form of exercise. Even 10 minutes of exercise counts for logging, but try to get at least 4 days of 25-30 minute workout sessions completed.

Commit to cutting ALL extraneous sugar and processed foods during these 30 days.

Honestly log your quiet time, workouts, and eating habits during the 30 days. Look for the “Log My Progress” button on the site during the challenge.

Post your workouts, Bible Study reflections, or healthy meals to the SoulStrength Fit Facebook Group.
30 Days to Begin Working on a New You
If you are determined, you can absolutely commit to 30 days of 20-30 minutes of exercise and opening up your Bible daily. You might have to plan ahead or be flexible with which workouts you complete on which days. You may need to squeeze in your workout and quiet time early some mornings and in the evenings on other days. But here’s the goal: a little every day (with the exception of Sundays, a day for rest and fellowship in your local church community).

In addition to your 6x / week exercise, I want you to open your Bible each day. Even if you only spend 5 or 10 minutes, I want you to make the commitment and build the habit of daily Bible study. Then, log your progress! Click on “Log My Progress” in the header bar on the site. Each time you log, I’ll receive an email informing me of your progress. This is a tangible way for you to mark your progress and a great way to find some accountability. And don’t forget to post to the SoulStrength Fit Facebook group! Not only is this another layer of accountability, it’s an opportunity to encourage fellow members on their faith and fitness journeys.
