It wasnât too long ago that I, too, felt the overwhelm of balancing faith, fitness, and family life. I know what itâs like to want a deeper relationship with God while also struggling to prioritize my own health and well-being. After years of trying different programs and trying to piece together a daily routine that promoted my spiritual and physical well-being, I found myself at a pivotal momentârealizing that true transformation could only come when I put Christ at the center of my health and fitness journey.
Thatâs why I created SoulStrength Fit. Over the past number of years, Iâve helped countless women grow stronger in their faith and their fitness.
