Thanks for checking out SoulStrength Fit.  I’m Kelly, and  I’ve created this program for busy Christian women who desire to grow in their walk with Christ, and who also value and prioritize taking care of their physical health. 

To be truly successful with any goal, you must have a solid WHY.  Shallow goals lead to shallow results.  Here at SoulStrength, our WHY is to build a fit, healthy body; our WHY is to be strong and energetic - all the more capable of being used by God.  Our WHY is to grow in the fruit of self discipline.  And our WHY is to grow closer to God, because we bring our devotional time into our workout.

Each workout in the program comes with an accompanying devotional.  The program is written with the intent that members read the devotional in their quiet time first, and then continue on with their learning as they move and exercise in the workouts.  Workouts are tough, but doable.  As a certified personal trainer, I bring the same style workouts that I bring to my private clients.  We’ll focus on strength training, Hiit, cardio bursts and stretching.  It’s during our moments of stretching during the workouts that we’ll take in our scripture and Bible study.

I guarantee that if you are consistent with this program, you will not only become stronger, fitter, and leaner, but you will grow in your walk with the Lord as well.

Whatever we do, whether in word or deed, or in our workout, we do for the Glory of God!
