1. Program Access and Usage
By purchasing any program offered by SoulStrength Fit, including SoulStrength Fit Kids, SoulStrength Fit Daily Devotionals, Holy Health, Transform Daily, or any other SoulStrength Fit program, you are granted access to the purchased content as specified at the time of purchase. This access may be for a defined period or a lifetime, as indicated on the specific program page.

  • Digital Programs: You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the content, including videos, worksheets, devotional materials, and other resources.
  • Membership Programs: Monthly and annual memberships provide access to the content for the duration of the subscription. Monthly Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

2. Non-Transferable License
All SoulStrength Fit products, including digital downloads and memberships, are for your personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, reselling, or transferring access to others is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized distribution of any content is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Refund Policy

  • Digital Products and Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued once access is granted. Exceptions may be made for technical issues or duplicate purchases.
  • Memberships and Subscriptions: You may cancel your membership at any time. However, refunds for prior payments are not provided. Upon cancellation, access to the program materials will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point access will be revoked.
  • Special Offers or Trials: Refunds for discounted programs or trials are subject to the specific terms of the offer. Please check the promotion details for more information.

4. Intellectual Property
All content within SoulStrength Fit programs, including videos, workout guides, worksheets, devotional materials, coaching materials, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of SoulStrength Fit and its creators. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission from SoulStrength Fit.

5. Responsibility for Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including login credentials and any access links provided after purchase. SoulStrength Fit is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized activity, please contact us immediately.

6. Coaching and Fitness Disclaimer
All SoulStrength Fit programs, including fitness coaching, workouts, and nutrition advice, are intended for general fitness and educational purposes. You acknowledge that engaging in any physical activity involves some risk. You agree to consult with your physician or healthcare provider before beginning any program, particularly if you have a pre-existing condition. You assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in SoulStrength Fit programs.
