Faith
8 weeks of daily devotionals designed to deepen your connection with God, guiding your personal time in the Word alongside faith-based workouts. These devotionals will inspire and encourage you to integrate your faith into every aspect of your daily life.

Fitness
8 weeks of strength training workouts, three times per week, that integrate Bible study, prayer, and scripture, strengthening both body and spirit. These workouts are designed to challenge and uplift you, helping you to grow stronger in both faith and fitness.

Food
Utilize whole foods meal plans and recipe guides, along with Holy Health coaching, which offers weekly Christ-centered health and nutrition guidance to nourish your body and help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Fellowship
Experience the power of community as you pursue your health and spiritual goals. Accountability, support, and encouragement from like-minded women make the journey more rewarding.
What to Expect
- Building Community: Join a group of like-minded women for weekly meetings where we’ll discuss our spiritual journeys, share insights, and offer encouragement.
- Fostering Faith-Based Conversations: We’ll dive deep into the Transform Daily 8-week challenge, using the Transform Daily book as our guide. Expect meaningful discussions and reflection questions that help you apply scripture to your daily life.
- Providing Accountability: This group is a safe space for sharing goals and struggles. We’ll keep each other accountable for our workouts, healthy eating, and spiritual growth, ensuring that we all stay on track.
How to Join Us!

Weekly Meetings: Beginning the week of September 15th, I’ll be leading a weekly virtual group meeting with the Transform Daily Small Group Leader Guide. Each week, we’ll discuss the reflection questions from the week’s devotionals and workouts, share personal takeaways, and review any key points from the Holy Health coaching lessons.

Meeting Times: I’m gathering feedback to determine the best time for our weekly meetings. Based on interest, we may offer two different meeting times to accommodate everyone’s schedule.
Beginning the week of September 15th, the possible days / times for our meetings are:
Mondays - 9am PT; Tuesdays 2pm PT; Thursdays 4pm PT, or Sundays 1:30pm PT *Note that all possible meeting times are listed in Pacific Time.
