
Exercise of the day: Lunge to Single Arm Dumbbell Press
Feb 06, 2024Begin standing With a dumbbell in your right hand. Step your left foot forward, right leg back into a high lunge position. Bring the dumbbell up by your shoulder, palm facing your head. Bend your knees, dropping your back knee down toward the ground into a lunge. As you straighten your legs and press back up, press the dumbbell up toward the ceiling. Bend your knees and return the dumbbell to your shoulder to move into the next rep.\
