 Today, I’m thrilled to introduce you to our Transform Coaching Program—a meticulously crafted 56 day transformational journey designed to help women like you grow stronger from the inside out. This program isn't just about physical fitness; it’s about integrating faith into every aspect of your life, including your health and fitness routine.

Why Join the Transform Coaching Program?

Over the next eight weeks, I'll be guiding you through a series of challenges tailored to strengthen both your body and your spirit. Here's what I've planned for you:

  • Daily Devotionals: Start each day with 10 minutes of Bible study. Whether you listen to audio devotionals during your morning walk or sit down with your printed material, this daily habit is designed to deepen your spiritual connection.

  • Strength Training Workouts: Three times a week, you’ll engage in workouts that not only build physical strength but also incorporate our Bible studies during moments of stretching and reflection.

  • Cardio and Walking Plans: On days you’re not strength training, I’ll encourage you to follow our walking plan or participate in our bonus cardio workouts to keep your energy levels up and your heart healthy.

  • Clean Eating Challenge: Embrace a diet free from dairy, gluten, and grains. Focus on whole, God-given foods to nourish your body and mind. Plus, I'll challenge you to cut out added sugars, processed foods, and minimize alcohol consumption.

  • Hydration and Supplementation: Increasing your water intake to a gallon a day can sound daunting, but I’ll show you how manageable it is and guide you through proper supplementation to support your fitness goals.

  • Intermittent Fasting: As we wrap up the program, I'll introduce intermittent fasting as a tool to help fine-tune your results and enhance your metabolic health.

Navigating the Program

Before diving into your first week, take some time to explore our nutrition resources—check out the meal plans and recipe guide, and familiarize yourself with the supplementation section. These tools are available right from the start, so you can begin making changes even before the first official workout.

Each week, you’ll earn badges for completing workouts and coaching lessons—these are your milestones of progress, marking each step forward in your journey. The structure of your workout weeks will generally follow a Monday, Wednesday, Friday format for strength training, interspersed with cardio on alternate days.

Beyond the Eight Weeks

What happens after you complete the program? You’ll have built a solid foundation of clean eating, consistent exercise, and daily Bible study. But it doesn’t stop there. I’ve included access to additional SoulStrength programs to continue your journey well beyond these eight weeks. Whether you opt for intense cardio sessions or short under-eight-minute workouts on busy days, there’s something to keep you motivated and moving forward.
