Why women's ministries are choosing this
A small group women, meeting weekly. The simplest way to deepen faith, build friendships, and care for the body — together.
- Faith first, fitness second. Caring for our bodies isn't vanity — it's stewardship. Every workout is built around Scripture, every coaching lesson is rooted in biblical wisdom. Women aren't choosing between their faith and their health; they're growing both at once.
- Built for real life, not gym life. Most groups gather once a week in a living room or church room for discussion, prayer, and connection. Women complete workouts and devotionals at home during the week. Some groups stream a workout together once or twice a week — bring a mat and dumbbells, finish the rest at home. Flexible enough to fit your women's actual schedules.
- Designed to build the things women say they want. When women finish the program, the words they use most are consistency, accountability, friendships, and healthier habits. Those aren't promises we make. Those are things participants tell us afterward.
- No fitness or theology background required. The leader guide gives you everything you need — Scripture, discussion questions, prayer prompts, accountability check-ins. You're not teaching the workouts. You're not teaching the Bible. You're guiding meaningful conversation between women who are already learning together.
- For women at every stage. Workouts come in two levels — Foundations (for beginners or those returning to exercise) and Regular. Same Scripture, same teaching, same heart — just meeting each woman where she is physically.
Starting a group is simple
Â
 01. Gather your women. Around six women is the sweet spot — friends, women from your church, anyone wanting to grow in faith and care for their bodies together.
02. Pick your start date. The program works any time of year. Most groups launch in fall, January, or after Easter — whenever fits your ministry's rhythm.
03. Women complete the daily content at home. Devotionals, workouts, and coaching lessons stream through the SoulStrength Fit app on each woman's own schedule.
04. Meet weekly for discussion. Use the Leader Guide to walk through Scripture, prayer, and accountability — about 60 minutes a week. Some groups also stream a workout together once or twice a week.
05. Keep going after the 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks, your group's 6-month license unlocks ongoing devotionals, programs, and Bible studies — enough to keep your women growing together for a full year without starting from scratch.

Hey, I’m Kelly
Â
I started SoulStrength Fit because I believe women shouldn't have to choose between caring for their faith and caring for their bodies. For years I watched women in the church wrestle with that false divide — feeling guilty for working out, or guilty for skipping it, or just exhausted from trying to keep both up on their own.
So I built the kind of program I wished existed: faith and fitness woven together, designed for real women with real schedules, taught from Scripture rather than around it.
If your women's ministry is wondering whether this is right for your group, I'd love to hear from you personally. No sales pitch — just a conversation about whether SoulStrength Fit is the right fit.
