Daily devotional prompts
A reflection space for each of the 5–6 devotionals per week. Write your response to scripture, your prayers, what God is showing you. Not a fill-in workbook — a place to think on paper.
Workout day pages
A page for each of the three weekly strength workouts. Track weights, reps, how you felt. The page mirrors the verse-strength-reflect-amen structure of the workout itself.
Weekly Holy Health lessons
Eight weekly nutrition pages aligned with the Holy Health curriculum. Reflection on the lesson, meal tracking space, water intake, and what God taught you through eating well.

Why I made this. And why on paper.
The Transform Daily 8-Week Challenge has been the program I've come back to for years — both for myself and the women I teach. What kept showing up, in the testimonies, was the same thing: the women who wrote it down had different results than the women who didn't. Not because the writing did the work — but because writing slowed them down enough to notice what God was doing.
