Built and taught by
Kelly Wenner.
Kelly is a Christian women's speaker, author, and ministry leader. She built SoulStrength Fit out of her own struggle to bring her faith and her health into one daily habit — and out of years of teaching other women to do the same. The result is a program that takes scripture seriously, takes strength training seriously, and takes the everyday discipline of honoring God with your body seriously.
