The Transform Daily 8-Week Challenge is the signature program inside SoulStrength Fit — and the place most women begin.
It's an eight-week structured experience that brings three things into one daily program: strength training paired with scripture, daily devotionals into the Word, and Holy Health nutrition coaching. Not three separate tracks running in parallel. One integrated challenge where your workout, your time with God, and how you eat all move in the same direction at the same time.
The result is what most Christian fitness programs promise but rarely deliver: real strength, real discipleship, real consistency — built one faithful day at a time.
The 8-week journey
A challenge that builds.
The Challenge isn't designed to be hard out of the gate. It's designed to grow with you. Eight weeks broken into three phases — each one building on the last.
Adjustment
Settle into the structure of the program. Your body adjusts to strength training and a new way of eating. Your mind learns to find God in the work. Honest about what to expect — including the temporary fatigue and the cravings that fade.
Stabilization
The body stops fighting and starts cooperating. Energy steadies. Cravings calm down. Workouts feel less like effort and more like discipline. Scripture starts showing up in your thinking outside of devotional time.
Awareness & Momentum
You feel stronger and more capable. The patterns are becoming yours. By week eight, this isn't a challenge you're doing — it's how you live. The clarity, the strength, and the discipline have settled in.
A typical week
What seven days actually looks like.
3 strength workouts each paired with a devotional. 6 daily devotionals total — three with workouts, three standalone. Cardio on the in-between days, optional. Rest built in.
Inside the workout
The workout is the devotional.
On strength training days, the workout doesn't start when you press play and end when the credits roll. It starts with the day's scripture, moves through rounds of strength training and stretching, weaves in moments of reflection between every round, and closes in prayer.
About thirty minutes of work. Scripture-rooted from start to amen. The reflection isn't an afterthought — it's the architecture.

The Transform Daily 8-Week Challenge includes Kelly's Holy Health coaching — an eight-week curriculum that pairs biblical wisdom with clinically proven nutrition strategies. Mindset, meal planning, intermittent fasting, foods to prioritize, foods to avoid, and the spiritual disciplines that make eating well sustainable instead of exhausting.
You'll move through the curriculum at the same pace as your workouts — one nutrition lesson a week, alongside the meal plans, recipes, and shopping guides that make it practical to live.
